Troy Davis is a native to Butte County, CA, where he has resided for over 45 years and continues to do so with his wife and loving family.
Troy started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Butte County for over 17 years during which time Troy furthered his education, studied extensively and obtained his real estate Broker’s license. Troy opened his own company Troy Davis Real Estate, Inc / Action Reality in early 2020 to better serve his current and future real estate clients in the Oroville and surrounding areas.
Troy has a tremendous amount of experience and wealth of knowledge in the Butte County area, but also believes that continuing his real estate education and training are crucial to providing a superior service, maximizing profits and minimizing costs you when buying or selling a home.
Troy is a Certified Expert Advisor with the National Association of Expert Advisors (NAEA) where he has been trained to provide expert advice to both Home Sellers and Home Buyers. His training with NAEA has earned him the Certified Home Selling Advisor (CHSA) designation and the Certified Home Buying Advisor (CHBA) designation.
CRS- Certified Residential Specialists. Troy was awarded with the CRS designation by the Council of Residential Specialists in July 2006.
CDPE-Certified Distressed Property Expert.
Awards received during his real estate career include the Sterling Award (2004), the Diamond Award (2005 & 2006) and the International President’s Elite Award (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015).
Troy’s Experience includes Probates, Trusts, and Distressed Properties (including foreclosures and short sales); assisting buyers and sellers throughout Butte County, CA (Chico, Oroville, Paradise, and Magalia).
